Lens & Light provides appointment-based photography services for product photography in Les Abymes, including quote review, shot-list confirmation, photography production, proof review, and edited file delivery as agreed for each project. Fees and Payment
WIPOFees are based on the agreed scope, including product count, views, styling, and retouched files. Payment methods accepted for confirmed sessions may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day, subject to the terms stated in the applicable quote or booking confirmation.

Client Responsibilities
HCCHThe client must provide accurate product information, references, and an approved shot list where required, and must ensure that products are available and suitable for the planned session. Any change to the brief, product set, or intended use may affect the quote, production plan, or delivery process.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lens & Light retains ownership of all intellectual property in the website content, working materials, and unlicensed images. Any client use of delivered images is limited to the agreed license and must not exceed the permitted scope.

Retouching does not guarantee exact recreation of reference material or any transformation beyond ordinary photographic editing.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Guadeloupe, and any dispute should first be raised with Lens & Light in good faith.
